This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for RFQ-01-24 Stormwater Management Facility Sediment Surveys, as further described in Section D.1 of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

This request for quote is to conduct sediment surveys for 17 Stormwater Management Ponds throughout the City of Peterborough. The sediment survey shall be conducted using a manned boat and a rod/plate or approved equivalent and include edge of water shots, permanent pool shots, top of sediment shots, bottom of pond shots and relevant change of grade shots including berms, ditches and overland flow routes and accessible structure inverts. Deliverables will also include providing the City with the CSV survey data, plan drawings illustrating sediment depths throughout the facility and profile drawings illustrating the bottom of pond and top of sediment at various cross sections within the facility.
