This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to the City’s prequalified general landscape contractors of RFSQ-03-23 (the “Bidder”) to submit bids for ITT-49-24 Landscape Construction Services for Dominion and Denne Parks, as further described in Section D.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The following bidders have been prequalified through RFSQ-03-23 and will be permitted to submit bids:
• Dynex Construction Inc. 
• Forest Ridge Landscaping Inc.
• Gary’s Landscaping & Snow Removal In.
• Latitude 67 Ltd.

The City is seeking to retain the services of a prequalified general landscape contractor (“GLC”), to construct two new parks known as Dominion Park, located at 342 Dominion Crescent, Peterborough, Ontario, K9H 5H1 and Denne Park, located at 210 Denne Crescent, Peterborough, Ontario, K9J 7Y3; hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”/the “Work”/the “Project”.
