This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Road Surface Repairs, as further described in Section D.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). This ITT includes the select performance of the following; Installation/adjustment of frames, covers and grates, curb and gutter removal/replacement (provisional), grinding of asphalt, application of emulsified asphalt tack coat and the installation of hot mix asphalt on various local roads throughout the City of Peterborough. This ITT also includes the earth excavation, grading and installation of granular ‘A’ material, double surface treatment (tar & chip), fog seal surface treatment, provisional select tree trimming, earth excavation and grading on MacFarlane Avenue within the City of Peterborough. |
