This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Construction of New Fire Station 2 as further described in Section D.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Through this RFP, the City is seeking to retain the services of a qualified General Contractor, or “GC”, for the construction of the New Fire Station 2 to be located at 100 Marina Boulevard, Peterborough, Ontario K9H 6M6; hereinafter referred to as the “the Deliverables”. |
