The City of Peterborough is seeking to retain the services of a qualified General Contractor to Construct the Louis Street Urban Park in accordance with all details, requirements, specifications and drawings set out in or attached to this RFP. This RFP consists of two parts: 1. Construction of the Louis Street Urban Park - Part 1 (Bid Document and Attachments, Pricing Break-out Schedules “A” – “I”, and Suggested Proposal Content); Closing date and time: Thursday, October 17, 2019 at 3:00:00 p.m.; and 2. Construction of the Louis Street Urban Park - Part 2 (Appendix E - Sub-Contractors - Suppliers, and Lump Sum Pricing Schedule “J”); Closing date and time: Thursday, October 17, 2019 at 12:00:00 p.m. (Noon). Part 1 and Part 2 will be considered a complete submission. Proponents must register as a plan taker for Part 1 and Part 2 and provide a complete submission to be considered for the opportunity. |
