This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to the City’s prequalified general contractors of RFSQ-02-23 (the “Bidder”) to submit bids for ITT-43-24 City Hall Service Peterborough, as further described in Section D.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The following bidders have been prequalified through RFSQ-02-23 and are permitted to bid on this ITT:
