This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to qualified prospective proponents to submit proposals for RFP-11-23 Next Generation (NG) 9-1-1, as further described in Section D.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City of Peterborough (City) is interested in a Proponent who has documented expertise and experience to submit proposals for a qualified and cost-effective Next Generation 9-1-1 Call Handling Solution (CHS) that will be used to support Peterborough Police Services (Primary PSAP) and Peterborough Fire Services (Secondary PSAP). These two separate sites also act as reciprocal and mirrored back up centres for the other (Police backup at Fire, Fire backup at Police). Both sites will have Primary PSAP as well as Secondary PSAP functionality to support Police and Fire. |
