This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Supply and Delivery - Radar Message Boards as further described in Section B.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
