This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prequalified bidders of RFSQ-03-22 to submit bids for ITT-45-22 Monaghan Road and Parkhill Road East Pumping Stations Rehabilitation, as further described in Section D.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). 

Through this ITT, the City is seeking to retain the services of a qualified General Contractor to supply all equipment, parts and labour to rehabilitate the existing Monaghan Road and Parkhill Road East pumping stations.

This project involves the replacement of existing pumps, valves and piping at two Pumping Stations. Included in the project is all associated mechanical, electrical and miscellaneous work as required for a complete functional renovation in all respects. The successful bidder shall be responsible for devising the strategy and implementing a temporary bypass to ensure continuous operation of the pump stations during completion of the work.
