This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to the City’s pre-qualified Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) contractors of RFSQ-07-23 to submit proposals for RFP-07-24 - Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) System Electrical Power Generation Equipment for Fire Station 2, as further described in Section D.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The following proponents have been prequalified through RFSQ-07-23 and will be permitted to supply a proposal:

• Fitzpatrick Electrical Contractor Inc., 41 Maple Street, Uxbridge, Ontario, L9P 1C8;
• Generation Solar Renewable Energy Systems Inc. 550 Gilchrist Street, Peterborough, Ontario K9H 4N9; and 
• German Solar Corporation, Ontario, 15835 Robins Hill Road, London, Ontario N5V 0A5.

The City is seeking to retain the services of a prequalified PV contractor, to supply and install a solar photovoltaic (PV) system for the new Peterborough Fire Station No. 2 building located at 100 Marina Blvd, Peterborough, Ontario; hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”/the “Work”/the “Project”.
