This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for ITT-12-25 Watermain Booster Pump – Peterborough Museum & Archives, as further described in Section B.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) requires the supply and installation of a water pumping station near the Peterborough Museum and Archives. This includes the supply and installation of the water pumping station structure including footings, supply and installation of pumps and piping, connection to existing water service, electrical work, commission and testing, painting, site preparation and restoration. Facility Address is 211 Hunter St E, Peterborough, Ontario, K9H 1H1. The selected bidder must be prepared to commence the work April 20, 2026. All work must be completed no later than July 17, 2026, or sooner. The hours of Work on this project may be performed between 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Some aspects of this job will be required to be completed after normal business hours to avoid conflicts with the Museum’s Programs. |
