This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to qualified prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of a turnkey service for the supply, delivery, and installation of office furniture and ancillary products and services for all City owned facilities as further described in Section D.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Successful Bidder must also have the ability and resources to provide additional services such as project management, product maintenance, furniture design services including relocation and reconfiguration services and product storage (“Ancillary Services”) on an as required basis. |
