This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to qualified prospective proponents to submit proposals for Consulting Services for Community Planning Permit System By-Law and Strategic Growth Areas Secondary Plan, as further described in Section D.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The City is seeking to contract the services of a qualified multi-disciplinary team of professionals to prepare a Secondary Plan and a Community Planning Permit System By-Law for the City’s Strategic Growth Areas. A provisional secondary work scope is included to extend the CPPS By-Law to the rest of the City. |
