This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Parkhill Road Reconstruction – Rubidge Street to Water Street, as further described in Section D.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The ITT covers full road reconstruction including earth excavation, grading, removal and reinstallation of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, curb and gutter, sidewalks, sanitary and water services, installation of storm services, hot mix asphalt paving, LID/SWM features, tree plantings, pavement markings and sign installations as shown on the enclosed drawings. |
