This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for RFP-40-24 Homemaker Services, as further described in Section B.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City administers homemaking services to financially eligible residents of the City and County of Peterborough, in accordance with the Homemakers and Nurses Services Act, as amended, and Regulations. Funding for the Services is cost-shared by the City, the County, and the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (the “MOHLTC”). The service currently provides sixty-nine (69) Clients receiving approximately 300 hours of service each month in this Program. The Clients reside in the City and County. Five (5) of these clients reside in the County. Total number of Clients in the City and County may fluctuate. |
