This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is a Co-operative Group tender and is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”), The Corporation of the Town of Cobourg, and The Corporation of the Township of Asphodel-Norwood (the “Participating Agencies”) to prospective respondents to submit bids for Supply and Delivery of Bulk Aluminum Sulphate, as further described in Section B.1 of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

By submitting a bid, the prospective respondent acknowledges that the City is making no representation that The Corporation of the Town of Cobourg, or The Township of Asphodel-Norwood will enter into a contract with any prospective Respondent or with the same Respondent selected by the City. The Respondent is giving its irrevocable representation and warranty that it has reviewed each Form of Agreement contained in Appendix A-1, A-2, A-3, and that, if selected as the successful respondent by a Participating Agency that it will sign the Form of Agreement contained in the applicable, in sub-Appendix A.
