This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide SAP Support Services as further described in Section C.1 of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix C) (the “Deliverables”).

The City of Peterborough is conducting a pilot process of building a roster of experienced organizations and specialists to provide support for the City’s SAP environment and specific areas /modules. The City has identified five categories that correspond with the functional areas the City uses SAP for.  Proponents are asked to submit their interest in prequalification for future work within each of the categories.  As small or medium sized support issues, enhancements, or projects arise, the City will contact members prequalified under the roster category for second-stage proposals. Second-stage selection will be based on factors such as price, ability to complete the requirements and availability.
