This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Abatement and Demolition of the house at 1138 Water Street and the Morrow Park barn buildings at 171 Lansdowne Street West, Peterborough as further described in Section D.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Through this ITT, the City is seeking to retain the services of a qualified General Contractor to complete the demolition of the house at 1138 Water Street and two barn buildings at 171 Lansdowne Street West in accordance with all details, requirements and specifications set out in or attached to this ITT. |
