This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Amanda Portal Implementation, as further described in Section D.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Through this RFP, the City is seeking to retain the services of an established vendor to provide a solution that would assist the Development and Planning Division of the City of Peterborough to Implement a public online forum to make some of the key Amanda functionality available online, such as * Intake of new permit and planning applications, be able to accept pertinent documents such as plans and drawings with the application, collect the fee. * Provide updates on the status of submitted applications. * Send approved permits and applications back to the applicant online and *Accept requests for any required inspections. And any other relevant functionality related to Amanda Building Permit, Planning Application and other approval functions. |
