This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Load, Haul, and Compact Excess Soil at Peterborough City-County Waste Management Facility, as further described in Section D.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Through this RFP, the City is seeking to retain the services of a qualified contractor to load, haul, and place excess soil within the City-County Waste Management Facility on Bensfort Road. The soil will be placed and compacted to create berms as per design specifications. The work will be done July to September 2021 while soil conditions are optimal, target completion date of October 1, 2021. |
