This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Construction Management Services for Multi-Storey Affordable Housing Building, as further described in Section D.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Through this RFP, the City is seeking to retain the services of a Construction Manager, or “CM”, for Construction Management to manage the construction of a Multi-Storey Affordable Housing Building at 681 Monaghan Road, Peterborough Ontario, K9J 5J5; hereinafter referred to as the “Contract/the “Project”. |
