This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for Rehabilitation of Water Street Pumphouse Dam, as further described in Section B.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
