This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for RFQ 142-26 - Towerhill Road, Fairbairn Street and Lily Lake Road Intersection Reconstruction, as further described in Section B.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
