This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to the City’s prequalified landscape architectural consulting teams of record from RFSQ-01-23 (the “Bidder”) to submit bids for ITT-15-24 Landscape Consulting Services for Bonnerworth Park, as further described in Section D.1 of the ITT Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).

The following bidders have been prequalified through RFSQ-01-23 and will be permitted to supply a bid:
•Basterfield & Associates Landscape Architects;
•Landscape Planning Limited; and
•The MBTW Group.

The City is seeking to retain the services of a landscape architectural consulting team of record (“LAT”), to perform consulting services for the design and construction of a community park know as Bonnerworth Park. The park is situated on a 2.61ha parcel of existing City park lands. The subject lands are located at 560 McDonnel Street, Peterborough, Ontario, K9H 2X8, hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”/the “Work”/the “Project”.
