This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Road Condition Data Collection and Pavement Management Software Implementation, as further described in Section B.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The City requires pavement condition data to define required pavement treatment activities, timelines, and funding requirements to achieve defined levels of service. The City intends to implement the successful Proponents recommended analysis software to support decision making and reporting of pavement condition changes that can be used to support funding projections. The City has approximately 770 lane km  of arterial, collector and local City owned roads.

The City is seeking consultation services to set up prediction scenarios within the recommended pavement management software solution.
