This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Detailed Design and Contract Administration Services for the Reconstruction of Charlotte Street as further described in Section B.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The City is seeking to retain the services of a qualified consultant to provide detailed design, contract administration and construction inspection for the reconstruction of Charlotte Street from Park Street North to Water Street. The project limits also include a 150m section of reconstruction on George Street from Simcoe Street to Charlotte Street. Key elements of the detailed design include conducting the necessary background investigations, review and confirm previous studies and assessments, prepare and administer an Indigenous Consultation program, stakeholder engagement, utility coordination, streetscape/landscape and urban design, and preparation of engineering drawings and contract documents. |
