This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Airport Restaurant Food Service, as further described in Section D.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). Through this RFP, the City is seeking to retain the services of an established Foodservice Operator at the Peterborough Airport, 925 Airport Road, Unit 590, Peterborough, ON K9J 0E7; hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”. It is the objective to award a long-term agreement to an operator that can provide all services required and commit to a five-year term, with the option of renewal. |
