This Invitation to Tender (the “ITT”) is an invitation by the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for the Demolition of 813 Fairbairn Street. Through this ITT, the City is seeking to retain the services
of a qualified Demolition Contractor to complete the following work in
accordance with all details, requirements, specifications and drawings set out
in or attached to this ITT: · Demolish, remove and dispose of all buildings and the subsequent removal and disposal of all materials and debris from the property; · Backfill void using Select Sub-Grade material, the top 6” shall be topsoil; · Backfill shall be compacted to 98% SPD; and · All top soil shall be hydro seeded. |
