This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Peterborough (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Low Barrier Shelter Services - Delivery and Operations, as further described in Section B.1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
